we’d love to host you and your friends/colleagues for a private bread baking or pizza making workshop at The Mill!! just select the number of participants for your event and we will be in touch to iron out the details.

participants will get tons of hands-on instruction and plenty of individual attention. they’ll learn all about how to keep a sourdough starter healthy and active, how to mix up fool proof bread/pizza dough, and a bunch of tips and tricks to make incredible pizza/bread in their home oven. they’ll also leave the class with sourdough starter, fresh milled flour, and some very helpful tools!
